فیصلہ

سماعت افسر کو لازمی طور پر یہ کرنا ہوگا:

• واضح اور قائل کرنے والے شواہد کی بنیاد پر فیصلہ کریں
• فیصلے کی وضاحت حقائق اور لاگو ہونے والے ضوابط و پالیسی کی بنیاد پر کریں
• ایک رپورٹ لکھیں جس میں شامل ہوں:
• What was found
• What was decided
• Why the decision was made
• Any recommendations

فیصلہ یہ بھی ضروری ہے:

• Say why the person was found guilty or not
• استعمال ہونے والے شواہد اور قواعد کی فہرست بنائیں
• Respond to any strong arguments made by the person or their representative

Getting the Decision

سماعت افسر یہ کرے گا:

• Send the decision in writing
• Tell the person they can appeal the decision in circuit court

If the person is found guilty, the letter will say they will be disqualified from getting benefits.

If the person is found not guilty, the person may still have to pay back the extra benefits that they received.

Can the Decision Be Changed?

• سماعت کے بعد ایجنسی کے ذریعے کوئی اور اپیل نہیں ہوتی۔
• The decision cannot be changed by another agency hearing.
• وہ شخص اب بھی سرکٹ کورٹ جا کر فیصلہ تبدیل کرنے کی کوشش کر سکتا ہے۔
